Julian is sleeping so well in his new bed! He has his bedtime routine with Dan, which includes him doing a really great job at brushing his teeth, and wakes up when his clock's sun shines at 6:30. Sometimes he'll sleep till 7, but that is rare and Miles is usually up.
Julian always called for us to get him out of bed in the morning, even though he can get himself in and out of the bed and does so for naps. Today was an exception. We heard pitter patters down the hallway and laughed. He knocked on our door and opened the door slowly...telling us that he got out of bed all by himself. He's so cute. I hope this doesn't start a pattern of him getting out of bed early or in the middle of the night. I did say multiple times this morning that he must wait until his sun comes up to get out of bed.
One Julianism:
One morning Julian woke up very early and yelled. Dan took a minute to wake up and went over there. He came back after a couple of minutes and told me that Julian said, "Daddy, I woke up too early, but I prayed to Jesus and can sleep now." Then he fell asleep.
