My physical therapy session was good and I really like my physical therapist! She's been pregnant 3 times and is in great shape. She knew so much about my condition. She also bent me, poked me, and stressed certain things to figure out what is going on with my body. She found a lot of scar tissue on my left SI joint from my previous injury; I was shocked.
I now have multiple exercises to do and I also have a pass to the therapy pool to do walking as long as I am in therapy. I'm excited about this! I just need prayer to get my back through these next couple of weeks while my muscles are strengthening.
A side note: the baby has been pretty active for the past couple of days. I guess it's the chocolate :) Is it a girl?
